Mr. Li has been engaged in the financial work of production and export enterprises for many years, served many large production enterprises and group companies, and engaged in anti-dumping consulting for many years. He has the qualification of Chinese certified public accountant and partner of Huamei Consulting.

Proficient in cost accounting and overall financial management of domestic industrial enterprises, familiar with export business process, financial accounting, and tax rebate process of foreign trade companies, and familiar with ERP system of large enterprises.

Familiar with the anti-dumping and countervailing laws and regulations of the United States and the European Union, and be proficient in the administrative review, new shipper review, circumstances change review, product scope clarification review, verification and other procedures of the anti-dumping cases.

Participated in the cases of Tapered Roller Bearings, Fresh Garlic, Activated Carbon, Glass Containers and other products for years, and is responsible for production data sorting, financial reconciliation, dumping margin calculation, surrogate value data analysis, long-term financial guidance and consultation to the enterprise, etc.

Head of Huamei anti-dumping and countervailing project, focusing on professional services in the fields of international trade barriers, domestic finance, taxation and so on.
