Mr. Meng has engaged in financial work in small and medium-sized producing and exporting enterprises for more than 10 years. He masters cost accounting of industrial enterprise, export tax rebates procedure and financial accounting of foreign trading company. Mr. Meng also knows well about the renewal and trend of national system of finance and taxation, financial accounting methods in western countries, and anti-dumping laws and regulations.

Mr. Meng has rich experiences in factors of production data collection, anti-dumping margin calculation, surrogate value analysis and calculation; in particular, he can assist customers to report factors of production data of crucial importance. He has participated in US anti-dumping cases against Chinese Tapered Roller Bearings, Fresh Garlic.
