The Department of Commerce published the notice of initiation of the countervailing duty investigation on certain plastic decorative ribbon from China on January 23, 2018 and published the affirmative preliminary determination on June 22, 2018.
The Commerce preliminarily determines that the following estimated countervailable subsidy rates exist:
