The Department of Commerce published the preliminary results of this administrative review on Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Cells, Whether or Not Assembled Into Modules from China on January 10, 2018, and on July 23, 2018, the Commerce published the final results in Federal Register and found the countervailable subsidy rates for the producers/exporters under review to be as follows: Canadian Solar and its Cross-Owned Affiliates (14.34%), Trina Solar and its Cross-Owned Affiliates (11.39%),non-selected companies (13.20%).
