The Department of Commerce published the Final Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value and Final Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination on certain plastic decorative ribbon from the People’s Republic of China in the Federal Register on February 11, 2019. The Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that producers and exporters of certain plastic decorative ribbon from the People’s Republic of China (China) made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value during the period of investigation from April 1, 2017, through September 30, 2017 and received countervailable subsidies for the period of investigation (POI) from January 1, 2016, through December 31, 2016.
