The Department of Commerce published the notice of initiation on less than fair value investigation of steel propane cylinders from China on June 18, 2018. The POI is October 1, 2017, through March 31, 2018. The Commerce chose Hong Kong GSBF Company Limited and Shandong Huanri Group Co. Ltd.as the mandatory respondents. On December 27, 2018, the Commerce published the affirmative preliminary result in Federal Register, the estimated weighted average dumping margins are as follows:
